‘In person’ events are at the heart of everything we do here at The Customer Experience Foundation, and we will be running a full series of Industry Councils, CXFO Leaders Summits and Member Meet Ups for 2022 and beyond. We also have our CXFO Webinar series to discuss the latest hot topics.

Our events are completely free to attend for our Corporate Members and Foundation Partners, and will have guest speakers and panelists who are leaders from the CX and Contact Centre industry.
