As restrictions ease, we will be running a full series of Industry Council events and Member Meet Ups for 2022 and beyond, including our inaugural Conference. Our events are completely free to attend for our Individual, Corporate and Foundation Partner members and will have in attendance leaders from the CX and Contact Centre industry.
