What are Industry Councils?
Our CXFO Industry Councils are intimate, industry vertical, roundtable events with 15-20 invited guests, held at high-end venues around the UK. They facilitate the conversation and provide a unified voice to shape the CX industry.
These roundtable events lead and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the sector, with actionable insight to shape and influence future direction and industry decisions. Our CX Industry Councils will operate thought-leadership, innovation, best practice, governance and industry guidance, producing reports on these events 3 to 4 times per year.
How can you get involved?
As part of the CXFO Corporate Membership package, you will have access to the CXFO Industry Council events, depending on the level of your membership, and for your relevant sector (see membership benefits for details).
As a Foundation Partner you will also have access to the events, and even the opportunity to host and chair a CXFO Industry Council event. You will be directly involved in the agenda for your roundtable event and will lead the discussions on the day. You will have the opportunity to speak directly to the invited guests on a 1-2-1 basis before, during and after the event.
Each event will have a journalist in attendance who will report on the discussions, key themes and outputs, and create an exclusive written report for publication following the event.
