November 2022 saw the launch of the ‘CXFO Power 100’…recognising the rising stars and key contributors within the CX and Contact Centre community.
The criteria for the CXFO Power 100 was as follows…
- Have contributed to the development of the CX profession
- Have provided thought leadership to support the development of the CX and Contact Centre industry
- Have led significant development of a CX Organisation
- Are leading the CX or Transformation cause within a challenging internal environment
- Have been recognised internally or externally for significant CX or EX achievements
